This role focuses on overseeing the General Contractor’s construction activities and reporting schedule status to the owner, leveraging field experience and strong leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in electrical project management within data centers or electrical contracting, deep knowledge of power distribution, and proficiency with Procore, P6,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction.
• Experience with substation and power distribution systems.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage project stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Track milestones, prevent schedule slips, and report status.
• Ensure governance, processes, and systems are applied.
• Coordinate between design teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide cost control and constructability guidance.
• Support client relationships and business development.
