Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager / Owner's Representative to lead data center construction projects. The role requires coordinating budgets, schedules, vendor relations, and approvals, ensuring QA/QC, and managing closeout activities across complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience in capital projects or data center environments.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management and leading capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Project Schedule and budget for data center projects.
• Coordinate with GC and vendors; manage cost estimates and cash flow.
• Oversee approvals, constructability reviews, and QA/QC.
• Lead OAC meetings and closeout processes.
