Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Data Center Owner's Representative Construction Manager to lead all data center construction projects. The role requires strong vendor/commercial management, progress tracking, and ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.

The candidate will coordinate with the contractor, client, and legal teams to establish master schedules, budgets, and cost controls, while supervising subcontractors and direct vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering is required.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a track record of leading capital projects.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable.
• On-site requirements may vary by client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects.
• Manage Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget including cost elements.
• Support pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations.
• Lead contract negotiation with client and legal counsel on GC terms.
• Coordinate approvals, constructability reviews, and cost estimates.
• Lead vendor management and O&M close-out activities.
• Oversee QA/QC, invoicing, and project documentation.
