Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Owner Representative Project Manager to lead Data Center construction projects on site in Charleston, SC. The role demands a proven track record in vendor compliance to construction agreements, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules for complex projects.

You will collaborate with general contractors, pre-qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and supervise AE approvals, ensuring QA/QC and timely close-out activities for the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction or Engineering.
• Solid understanding of MEP construction management with a solid track record of leading capital projects.
• 5 or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Data Center construction projects, ensuring vendor compliance to construction agreements.
• Manage overall project budget and schedule for varying sized, sophisticated projects.
• Coordinate Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget including soft/hard costs, bonds and insurances.
