Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with strong MEP knowledge and Owner’s Representation experience.

The role involves managing stakeholders, tracking milestones, ensuring governance, and providing technical support to owners, architects, and contractors. On-site responsibilities and SOX compliance may apply, with a focus on delivering compliant projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
• Post graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience, encompassing both design and site experience.
• Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience.
• Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• Project Management (or PMP), Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
• Assist in cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance where required.
