Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead fast-track data center and mission-critical projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience in data centers or critical environments, a related bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% is expected, with on-site work in Denver, CO and other cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in data centers, industrial, mission-critical, or equivalent construction environments.
• Experience coordinating project scope, schedule, budget, contractors, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of mission-critical building systems including electrical, mechanical, cooling, and critical power infrastructure.
• Experience supporting construction, commissioning, testing, turnover, or related project activities within active operational environments.
• Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial tracking tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with clients, contractors, vendors, and technical teams.
• Availability to travel up to 50% overall, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery activities through planning, execution, and closeout phases.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
• Track and document project financials, change orders, and contract deliverables.
• Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation strategies with senior PM.
