Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex data center and mission-critical projects. You will drive day-to-day delivery, coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and clear communication across a distributed team. The position requires 3–5 years of PM experience in construction or facilities, with strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and advanced MS Procore/MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in construction, facilities, or project management; data center experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and procurement/RFP processes.
• Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling, budgeting and cost tracking.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and collaboration skills; able to manage multiple priorities across distributed teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Office, MS Project, Procore and similar tools.
• Willingness to work onsite up to 80% and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Execute project delivery activities through planning, execution and closeout.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; elevate risks to leadership.
• Lead project meetings, milestones, site visits, and coordinate communications with stakeholders.
• Prepare closeout deliverables like as-builts and O&M manuals.
• Identify risks and assist mitigation planning with senior leadership.
• Support procurement activities including vendor onboarding and contract records.
• Foster site safety and compliance throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide progress reports and briefings to clients and team leaders.
