Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Project Manager for data center projects in Phoenix, AZ. This on-site role focuses on delivering complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects on time and within budget, in coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

You will lead planning, scheduling, QA/QC, safety, and documentation, including as-builts and warranties, while coordinating with senior PM and site leadership. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years in construction, facilities, or project management; data center or mission-critical exposure preferred.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project delivery through planning, execution, and closeout.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and budget tracking; report risks.
• Manage meetings, site visits, and documentation including as-builts and warranties.
• Support safety, QA/QC, commissioning, and vendor coordination.
• Communicate with client, contractors, vendors, and project team.
