Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our operations team. This role drives delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site, coordinating schedule, cost, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will consult with clients, prepare proposals, estimate costs, and manage labor and material requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1–3+ years in construction management, data centers, or cabling environments.
• Track record of delivering programs on time and within budget.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic project tools.
• Contract negotiation and administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop program schedules and milestones; ensure targets for schedule, cost, quality, and safety are met.
• Estimate costs, prepare and manage budgets; support design and value engineering.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and procurement; supervise on-site work.
• Lead project team; communicate with owners, designers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare contracts, revisions, and change orders; obtain permits and licenses.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risk, and financial status.
