Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Manager, Data Centers to own the delivery of Layer 1 infrastructure for large hyper-scaler clients. You will manage the project lifecycle, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams in dynamic construction environments.

Required: Bachelor's in Electrical/Computer Engineering, 5+ years construction management, 2+ years supervisory, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Prior data center experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage aggressive project schedules, control budgets and costs, ensure profitability.
• Build, lead, and motivate the project team; provide technical and administrative leadership.
• Foster training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Manage installation and integration of Layer 1 infrastructure and related systems.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with owners, design teams, GC, subs, vendors, and suppliers.
