Overview

Construction Project Manager (Data Centers)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, change management, and performance reporting.
• Facilitate governance processes, design reviews, contract administration, procurement activities, and project documentation.
• Identify schedule, supply-chain, and execution risks; implement mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines.
• Serve as the primary coordination point for leadership, clients, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, resource planning, and project execution ceremonies across multiple locations.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, fast-track data center, industrial, or infrastructure projects across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, procurement processes, scheduling, and cost management.
• Advanced proficiency with project scheduling, cost-control, and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from executive leadership to field teams.
• Experience building and managing distributed project teams and working across time zones.
• Ability to travel extensively to active project sites.

Required Qualifications

• Project management certifications or construction management credentials.
• Experience with multi-region project delivery in complex, high-growth environments.
