Job summary

S2N seeks a Project Manager, Data Centers to own the delivery of Layer 1 infrastructure for large hyper-scaler clients in dynamic construction environments.

You will coordinate with owners, design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget execution while upholding quality and safety standards. A technical degree and 5+ years of construction mgmt are required, with data center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive construction management experience.
• Experience managing layer 1 infrastructure for large hyper-scalers.
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Own project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and manage aggressive project schedules and budgets.
• Lead and develop project team and provide technical/administrative leadership.
• Oversee integration of Layer 1 infrastructure and related systems (cabinet/rack, cooling, power, security).
• Manage stakeholder relationships with owners, design teams, GC, subcontractors, vendors.
• Uphold quality and compliance with industry specifications and standards.
• Handle project administration including contracts, change orders, submittals, procurement.
