Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of data center or critical environment experience.
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional communication between regional general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless information flow for construction protocols and documentation access.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for design modifications, RFIs, and change orders with dashboards for leadership review.
• Evaluate Method of Procedure (MOP) submissions for thoroughness, necessity, and risk.
• Manage vendor onboarding, including security credentialing and orientation programs.
• Maintain project management software with milestone updates, correspondence, and document control.
• Coordinate and monitor owner-furnished material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at sites.
• Establish and manage a centralized repository for contractor-supplied construction data.
• Oversee QA programs with checklists, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
