Job summary

You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality, interfacing with general contractors and internal teams to drive cost efficiency and reliability. On-site daily, you will manage electrical and mechanical systems, ensure constructability reviews, and report metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in construction management of large, complex projects involving MEP systems is preferred.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Negotiate with general contractors and evaluate bids with detail and accuracy.
• Create construction project scope and requests for proposals.
