You will own communications, documentation flow, and timely delivery of critical data center components. The role includes managing RFIs, change orders, and vendor onboarding while ensuring safety and quality standards across projects, with a focus on energy-efficient data center construction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years of data center or critical environment experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
• Experience in vendor management

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional communication between regional general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams for construction protocols and documentation access.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for design changes, RFIs, and change orders with dashboards.
• Evaluate Method of Procedure (MOP) submissions for thoroughness, necessity, and risk.
• Manage vendor onboarding, including security credentialing and orientation programs.
• Maintain project management software with milestone updates, correspondence and document control.
• Coordinate owner-furnished material deliveries to ensure timely site arrival.
• Establish a centralized repository for contractor-supplied construction data.
• Oversee QA programs with checklists, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
