Job summary

Ericsson in Plano, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects across hyperscale data centers in North America. You will coordinate optical fiber installation, rack-and-stack, remediation, and data center build activities to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will work with internal teams, vendors, and customers, manage schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management, service delivery, operations, telecommunications, data center infrastructure, and/or related fields.
• Experience supporting infrastructure deployment projects, technology implementations, or data center activities.
• Understanding of project management principles, including schedule management, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of data center infrastructure projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Manage day-to-day project activities for data center infrastructure deployments according to schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate project execution across internal teams, vendors, and field resources to support delivery.
