Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition and management for Data Center Technicians, including onboarding and retention.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract scarce technical talent.
• Build onboarding and training experiences for productive rapid ramp-up.
• Manage demand and resource planning to meet operational needs.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term workforce strategy including succession planning.
• Coach and motivate technicians with clear expectations and feedback.
• Foster accountability, inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, finance, and engineering to align staffing plans.
• Monitor attrition, engagement, capacity utilization, and productivity.
• Ensure safety and operational standards are maintained.
