• Manage demand and resource planning to meet needs.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term workforce strategy.
• Lead, coach, and motivate technicians with clear feedback.
• Foster accountability, inclusion, and psychological safety.
• Partner with operations, finance, and engineering on staffing.
• Monitor attrition, engagement, capacity utilization, and productivity.
• Ensure safety compliance and safe working environment.
