Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Development Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and project support to the Development team across active data center projects. You will manage contracts, invoices, vendor coordination, insurance tracking, and executive support, while coordinating across stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in construction, real estate development, or related project environments.
• Experience with contract administration, project coordination, or construction administration.
• Experience supporting invoice processing, accounts payable workflows, vendor management, or job-cost related functions.
• Knowledge of construction terminology, project documentation, and workflows.
• Experience providing administrative or executive-level support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing, execution, and tracking of contracts and amendments.
• Maintain contract records and monitor status across active projects.
• Enter contract information into accounting and PM systems.
• Assist with purchase order creation and documentation.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes as needed.
• Support invoice workflows from receipt through approval and payment processing.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and maintain vendor records.
• Collect certificates of insurance and monitor compliance documents.
• Provide administrative support across multiple development projects.
• Plan and coordinate department events, meetings, and site visits.
