Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC seeks a Project Coordinator with Data Center experience to join our team. You will develop accurate estimates and manage project administration, ensuring precise information flows to all parties.

Responsibilities include creating proposals, preliminary schedules, cost codes, and budgets, while coordinating with the Project Lead to align plans and deliveries for large-scale commercial/concrete projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• 5+ years in project management and estimating for large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Data Center construction experience and self-perform concrete experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and develop project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects including contracts, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Produce and manage project information, schedules, and takeoffs.
• Collaborate with Project Lead to develop an accurate project plan.
• Communicate project information to the team and stakeholders.
• Close out projects with detailed documentation.
