Job summary

Quest Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Senior PMs and Directors in delivering data center projects in Chicago. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet lease commitments, operational requirements, and cost controls, from design through commissioning.

The role emphasizes budgets, schedules, risk tracking, and accurate reporting using tools like Yardi and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for transfers of files and documents with vendors.
• Develop and maintain complex contract data and reports.
• Draft and proofread letters to external partners.
• Establish and maintain internal filing structures.
• Guide Development Coordinators with coding, routing, and coversheets.
• Review DocuSign workflows and signatures.
• Create master schedules and ensure vendor adherence to timelines.
• Set up project details including budgets, vendors, and billing.
• Track contracts, changes, and cash flow projections.
• Manage monthly invoicing and support payment applications.
• Oversee vendor contracts in line with budgets.
• Manage change management, filing, and records.
• Prepare executive monthly project reports.
• Coordinate external consultants and general contractors procurement.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Accounting.
• Travel as required by project location.
