The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data center operations, deep cabling knowledge (fiber, CAT6), and proficiency with tools like Visio, Excel, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations.
• Proven experience in technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of fiber and CAT6 cabling, patching and testing tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow for request and change management.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences; knowledge of data center power systems and rack voltage limitations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
