Job summary

Lithko Contracting, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator with Data Center experience to join our team. Project Coordinators are responsible for developing correct estimates and providing accurate and detailed project information to all appropriate parties in addition to managing the administration components for an entire project.

Expect to work closely with the Project Lead and other operational staff to develop an accurate project plan, generate proposals and preliminary schedules, and manage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Data Center construction experience is required.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience with multiple project types, especially Commercial/Industrial concrete.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed and accurate estimates for potential projects.
• Identify and quantify concrete scope items and help develop project strategy.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects including contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Create and communicate detailed project information and schedules.
• Maintain log setup for MPOs/POs and track submittals.
• Collaborate with Project Lead and operations to develop an accurate project plan.
