Qualifications

• Two-year accounting degree or equivalent training.
• Proven proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organization and detail-oriented work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with owner billings and coordinate funds and sub payments.
• Maintain Billing Status Report and track subcontracts, insurance, liens.
• Coordinate subcontract setup, change orders, and pay applications.
• Ensure filing of compliance records and project documentation.
• Assist with project close-out and reporting tasks.
