Job summary

Sundt Construction in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Administrator to provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical support on the project. You will maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers and may supervise a Project Secretary.

This entry-level role covers procurement, job cost reporting, compliance records, and coordination with payroll, accounting, and field teams. Training and development are available.

Qualifications

• Good organizational skills are necessary.
• Proficient use of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Assists with owner billings and coordinates receipt of owner funds and release of sub payments.
• Performs project close-out duties and generates/audits reports for costs and job cost.
• Ensures compliance records are completed and audit-ready.
• Maintains and distributes Billing Status Report and tracks subcontracts and payables.
• Coordinates with Corporate Employment on hiring guidelines for remote projects.
• Sets up subcontracts, maintains files, and processes subcontractor pay applications.
• Maintains project files and posters in compliance with policies.
• Types and distributes project correspondence and coordinates payables/receivables.
