Sundt Construction, a 100% employee-owned contractor, seeks a Project Administrator II to provide administrative and clerical support to the project team in Portland, OR. You will interact with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and may supervise the Project Secretary.

• Good organizational skills are necessary.
• Proficient use of word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with owner billings and coordination of funds and sub-payments.
• Support project close-out and prepare/audit reports on equipment, labor, materials, and costs.
• Ensure compliance records (payroll, diversity goals, utilization reports) are complete and audit-ready.
• Maintain Billing Status Report and manage subcontracts, insurance, and lien documents.
• Coordinate hiring guidelines and pre-employment steps on remote projects.
• Set up/subcontracts, change orders, and budget adjustments in project systems.
