Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a reliable Senior Construction Project Manager to lead assigned projects in Dallas, TX, ensuring safety, profitability, and timely delivery. You will drive preconstruction activities as needed and manage complex projects with a focus on quality, contract compliance, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, a four-year construction degree or equivalent, and strong skills in CPM scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in preconstruction and managing construction projects, preferably datacenter/mission critical.
• Four-year construction degree or equivalent combination of training and related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and understanding of contract documents, scheduling, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Champions the orderly, timely transition of projects from estimating to field, including review meetings.
• Completes close-out requirements and punch lists, and handles warranty callbacks promptly.
• Coordinates with the Project Superintendent on means, methods, resources and schedules.
• Develops and manages the project PMP, scope, procurement, environmental, time, cost, quality and safety plans.
• Oversees budgeting, cash flow, change orders, and cost control throughout the project.
• Manages CPM scheduling and aligns with procurement and project engineering teams.
• Supports client relations, proposals, and negotiations for selected projects.
