Carrier is seeking a Data Center Client Director to lead cross-functional value streams and drive flawless execution for data center and industrial customers. This onsite role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and proven leadership across large programs.

You will partner with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, delivery, and financial targets while traveling up to 40% to support engagements and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of leadership in operations, sales, aftermarket, strategy or general management.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data center customers to plan and execute the full line of business.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define goals, objectives and success criteria.
• Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional data center teams and drive accountability.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Host performance reviews with stakeholders to ensure long-term agreements meet financial targets.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives across processes and workflows.
• Develop strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities to expand wallet share.
