Jacobs is seeking a Plumbing Designer to focus on data center projects in the United States. You will design plumbing/utility packages and prepare construction drawings for DWV, potable water, process drains, storm drains, and domestic water systems.

You'll lead layout and design, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, manage schedule and technical quality, and ensure compliance with codes and CAD standards. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Competenze

• At least 6 years of experience in the design of plumbing systems for industrial facilities.
• Demonstrated experience generating design documents adhering to CAD standards for plumbing design packages within an A&E firm.
• Trade School or Associates Degree.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to design of plumbing systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work well within a dynamic team with multiple deadlines.

Mansioni

• Layout and design of Plumbing systems.
• Development of conceptual and preliminary design documents, including sizing calculations, isometrics, riser diagrams, details, fixture schedules, and general arrangements.
• Development of final construction documents for domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, etc.
• Coordination with other disciplines.
