Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Provide remote smart hands support for customer issues.
• Monitor and respond to alerts related to power, cooling, and network performance.
• Perform facility security and operational walk-throughs for issue identification and documentation.
• Follow procedures for equipment and cabling maintenance.
• Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers or management when needed.
• Manage ticket queue for timely response and completion.
• Escort and supervise third-party vendors and visitors when required.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment changes, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor security cameras.
