Job summary

You will install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and network gear while ensuring uptime and security. A strong customer-service mindset helps you interact with internal teams and clients professionally.

Candidates should be capable of routine rack/stack tasks, monitoring power and cooling, and responding to alarms. Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 8:00am–6:00pm, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic networking and server technologies.
• Must be able to work around critical facility equipment to take readings.
• Previous customer interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and component replacements.
• Assist with rack/stack operations, cable management, and asset tracking.
• Provide remote hands support for customer issues.
• Monitor power, cooling, and network performance; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Document incidents and escalate when needed.
