Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Provide remote smart hands support for customer issues.
• Monitor alerts for power, cooling, and network performance.
• Perform facility walk-throughs for issue identification and documentation.
• Escalate incidents and manage ticket queues.
• Escort vendors and maintain records of changes and maintenance.
