Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Provide remote smart hands support for customer issues.
• Monitor power, cooling, and network alerts and respond.
• Follow procedures for equipment and cabling maintenance.
• Escalate incidents to senior staff and manage ticket queue.
• Escort and supervise vendors and visitors when required.
