Job summary

Supermicro Computer is seeking an experienced General Manager, Sales to lead and expand our enterprise sales organization in the San Jose area. You will develop strategy, coach a team of sales professionals, and build relationships with data centers and large enterprise customers to grow our market share.

The role requires deep knowledge of server, storage and management solutions, a track record of executive engagement, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree and MBA a plus.
• Minimum 20 years of sales experience.
• Experience and relationships with C-level executives and large data centers preferred.
• Deep knowledge in server, storage and management solutions; cloud data centers and enterprise IT environment.
