• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities management.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and develop the operations management team.
• Establish performance benchmarks and reports for facilities ops.
• Oversee on-site management of 24x7 shift technicians and vendors.
• Build and maintain sustainable organizational structure.
• Forecast staffing with cross-functional teams and recruit.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and controls systems maintenance.
• Lead safety, security, and incident response processes.
