ONCORE Construction Consulting Group is seeking a Market Leader to supervise mission critical data center work in Northern Virginia or Raleigh, NC. You will own execution, drive safety, schedule, cost and quality across multiple sites, and grow a high-performing team capable of running several large campus projects.

You bring 15+ years in self-perform concrete with senior ops leadership and data center experience; stable work history and strong customer relationships are essential for growth

Qualifications

• 15+ years in self-perform concrete and field leadership.
• Data center or mission critical experience preferred.
• Proven track record of growth and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, schedule, cost, quality and field performance across multiple data center projects.
• Run large self-perform scopes: mat foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, equipment pads.
• Build relationships with hyperscale owners, developers and GCs to win work.
• Track backlog, margin, safety and project pipeline.
