Job summary

Silverback Concrete is seeking a Project Manager to own the successful delivery of concrete scopes on data center and mission-critical projects. You will lead each job from buyout through closeout, directing budget, schedule, quality, and safety while coordinating submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change management from the Council Hill, OK office.

This elevated role requires mentoring junior staff, refining processes, and partnering with leadership to protect margins and strengthen client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or equivalent hands-on construction experience.
• Experience managing construction projects through full lifecycle, including budget, schedule, and change management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the jobsite.
• OSHA 30‑Hour certification; work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and integrity of all project records in Procore—drawings, specs, ASIs, RFIs, submittals, and change docs.
• Drive submittal and RFI process to closure and coordinate with GC, suppliers, and engineers.
• Own material buyout, delivery scheduling, and purchase orders; manage lead times.
• Partner with QC on mix design approvals and FF/FL testing; maintain QC records.
• Lead meetings and maintain proactive communication with GC, owners, and trades.
