PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned construction leader to direct data center projects in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, risk management, and strategic coordination across labor, materials, and scheduling within complex data center builds.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive field leadership, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience in construction management for data centers.
• Strong customer relationship experience working directly with Client and the General Contractor.
• Ability to represent in site meetings and clearly communicate progress, risks, and execution plans.
• Experience leading safety-first construction environments and managing safety expectations across large field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate 5-week lookaheads.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and install sequencing within active data center construction environments.
• Oversee a large team structure including Project Manager, Construction Manager, and Techs (60+ resources).
