Job summary

ONCORE Construction Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our Existing Structures/ Renovation work in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro region. This leadership role requires hands-on field leadership and the ability to scale multiple campus projects, with a direct path to VP Operations as the program grows and matures.

You’ll own execution, build repeat business with Owners, developers and GCs, and develop the team to sustain several large projects simultaneously while

Qualifications

• Lead safety, schedule, cost, quality and field performance across multiple projects.
• Senior operator or business-unit leader from structural repair, restoration, self-perform concrete, specialty renovation, strengthening, CFRP, PT repair, or closely related work
• Build relationships with owners, developers and GCs, and win negotiated and design-assist work
• Track and own backlog, margin, safety and pipeline
