Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking an experienced project leader to drive large data center constructions from planning through closeout. You will guide schedules, monitor progress, and maintain open communication with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will visit active sites, review documentation for accuracy, and help keep the team aligned with goals and deadlines. A background in mission-critical/building projects and proficiency with Procore, P6, and Bluebeam are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience; preferably mission-critical or base-building projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee large teams and manage complex project schedules.

Background in managing complex project schedules and stakeholder coordination

Proficient with Procore, P6 and Bluebeam
