ONCORE Construction Consulting Group is seeking a Market Leader to supervise mission critical data center work in Northern Virginia or Raleigh, NC. You will own execution, drive safety, schedule, cost and quality across multiple sites, and grow a high-performing team capable of running several large campus projects.

You bring 15+ years in self-perform concrete with senior ops leadership and data center experience; stable work history and strong customer relationships are essential for growth

Market Leader - Mission Critical - Mission Critical (Data Centers) Northern Virginia or Raleigh, NC

A national leader in self-perform concrete is growing its Mission Critical division and hiring two Operations Managers to lead data center work in two of the country’s busiest markets:

• Northern Virginia: covering NoVA and Central PA
• Carolinas: covering NC, SC and Tennessee

This is a leadership role for a proven concrete operator who wants to build something. You'll own execution, grow repeat business with data center owners and GCs, and develop the team to run several large campus projects at once. There's a clear path to VP Operations as the group grows.

What you’ll do

• Lead safety, schedule, cost, quality and field performance across multiple data center projects
• Run large self-perform scopes: mat foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, equipment pads and site concrete
• Build relationships with hyperscale owners, colocation developers and GCs, and win negotiated and design-assist work
• Track and own backlog, margin, safety and pipeline

What you bring

• 15+ years in self-perform concrete, with senior operations leadership (Operations Manager, General Superintendent, Senior PM or similar)
• Data center or mission critical experience strongly preferred; large industrial or heavy structural concrete also considered
• A stable work history with a record of growth and results
• Came up through the business: you know the field because you worked in it
• Strong customer relationships, business sense and the judgment to pick the right work
