Storm4 is seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee delivery of large, fast-moving data center developments in the United States. You will own major projects, lead a team of construction professionals, and coordinate with contractors, design teams, and finance to deliver on schedule and within budget.

The role combines hands-on execution with leadership, contractor management, and commercial oversight for mission-critical programs valued at $100M+.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of commercial or mission-critical construction experience.
• Projects valued at $100M+ with direct responsibility.
• Strong understanding of data center design, construction, and commissioning.
• Experience managing general contractors, MEP partners, consultants, and vendors.
• Proven success leading and developing construction teams.
• CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, change management, and contract administration.
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, schedules and contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

This is an opportunity for an experienced construction leader to oversee the delivery of large, fast-moving data center developments for one of the industry’s fastest-growing digital infrastructure platforms.

You will take direct ownership of major construction projects while leading a small team of construction professionals. The position combines hands-on project execution with team leadership, contractor management, commercial oversight, and cross-functional coordination.

This role is suited to someone who has successfully delivered large-scale data center projects and wants broader leadership responsibility without moving away from construction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover

• Demonstrated success leading and developing construction teams
• Strong command of CPM scheduling, cost forecasting, change management, and contract administration
• Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
