Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Data Center Operation Lead in Austin, TX to orchestrate incident management across four 12-hour shift crews, ensuring no data loss and full visibility. You will audit logs, standardize processes, and escalate roadblocks to maintain 24/7 operations.

You will monitor real-time queue volumes, balance workloads, and generate regular reports. A Bachelor's degree and ITIL certification are preferred, with experience in Jira, Grafana, and Incident I.O guiding continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or business operations.
• ITIL certification (Service Transition or Service Operations).
• Experience with data center environments and infrastructure delivery.
• Proficiency with workflow and ticketing platforms (Jira, Incident I.O, Grafana).

Responsibilities

• Incident management: orchestrate handovers between four 12‑hour shift crews.
• Audit daily shift logs to ensure situational awareness across 24/7 cycle.
• Standardize SOPs and eliminate information silos between shifts.
• Monitor real‑time queue volumes to meet SLAs across all shifts.
• Provide regular reports to management on delivery metrics and issues.
