Qualifications

• Ability to monitor multiple technologies and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry to intermediate level monitoring and troubleshooting for data center systems.
• Monitor security and perform basic troubleshooting of network technologies per procedures.
• Execute defined operational processes for end-of-day and shift handoffs.
• Coordinate and escalate customer requests per guidelines.
• Contribute to updating operational procedures and SLA adherence.
• Support training and mentoring of junior operators.
