Job summary

You will drive service delivery, QA, and adherence to corporate standards while managing hardware assets and customer equipment. The role requires coordinating multiple projects with internal and external resources, leading teams, and delivering improvements to achieve efficiency and cost savings in a fast-moving data center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years progressive experience in technology-based customer support and data center operations.
• Ability to coordinate projects and programs to ensure that all elements of work meet the quality standards, defined scope, and costs of the organization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required overseeing critical maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center and building operations with 24x7 staffing.
• Coordinate multiple teams, including remote locations.
• Lead staff development, performance reviews, and onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities; ensure spares are available.
• Drive projects to on-time completion and optimize operational costs.
• Provide leadership in addressing customer issues.
