Job summary

Element Critical is seeking an Operations Technician I to support critical infrastructure operations at our site. You will handle site security, shipping/receiving, and customer support via ticketing systems while assisting in network and infra installations.

The role emphasizes uptime, alert response, and strong customer service. The position requires hands-on technical work, collaboration withFacilities and Operations, and readiness for varied shifts to cover 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years in Security Operations, Data Center Operations or Customer Service.
• Familiar with security system hardware/software and data center monitoring tools.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage site security functions including visitor check-in, badge processing, and access enrollment.
• Handle NetSuite cases for site access, shipping/receiving, and customer requests.
• Monitor alerts (BMS/NMS), create NetSuite cases for critical alarms, and communicate status to customers.
