Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Provide remote smart hands support for customer issues.
• Monitor power, cooling, and network performance.
• Perform facility security and operational walk-throughs.
• Follow procedures for equipment and cabling maintenance.
• Escalate incidents to senior engineers when needed.
• Manage ticket queue for timely responses.
• Escort and supervise vendors and visitors.
• Maintain records of equipment changes and maintenance activities.
• Monitor security cameras.
