Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hardware and Infrastructure Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Provide remote smart hands support for customer issues/concerns.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor alerts for power, cooling, and network performance; perform security and operational walk-throughs; follow MOP for equipment and cabling maintenance.
• Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers; manage ticket queue for timely responses.
• Security & Compliance: Respond to alarms; escort vendors; maintain records; monitor security cameras; perform other duties as assigned.
