Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Forklift training certification.

Responsibilities

• Conducts staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities and plan for continuous improvement.
• Supervises operations to meet productivity and service goals and ensures compliance with client agreements.
• Participates in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of warehouse staff.
• Plans daily work schedules, assigns duties, and reviews progress against priorities.
• Maintains safety and quality standards, supports adherence to SOPs, and communicates with HR for development and issues.
