Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Supervisor II for the LBJ facility in USA. You will supervise inbound/outbound, labor scheduling, space utilization, safety, and KPI achievement, while guiding a team to meet client requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years in logistics, and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Forklift training is preferred; MS Office, RF scanners, and WMS experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Forklift training certification is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communications daily.
• Plan daily work schedules and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost objectives are met.
• Develop staff through training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring, training and development.
